Pursuing the goal to create the hospitality icon of 21-st century set by Katara Hospitality, Kling Consult used its best resources to deliver the design that will be recognized across the globe and will be identified as a symbol of Qatar. Strongly influenced by Qatar coat of arms, the towers’ design with its gently curving lines resembles crossing swords.

The towers will host luxury 5-star and 6-star hotel and branded apartments with over 1,000 splendid units comprising hotel rooms, residence apartments, offices, recreational facilities, specialist boutiques and top-class restaurants. This will be achieved by joint efforts of an international team of global leading consultants and world-class operators.

Man-made floating island connected to the main land with bridges adds on to the picture of luxurious development. It will accommodate leisure and water sports facilities, water park and restaurants all perfectly set within the lavish garden environment.
