Project details

One at Business Bay proudly stands at the entrance to Business Bay, largest commercial and business hub in the region. The Tower’s signature location on the plot 001 predestined its name. Keeping this in mind, Kling architects had no choice but to create an outstanding design which will make a landmark after its implementation and they fulfilled the task perfectly.

Clear-cut shape of the building resembles a dark precious stone, which was achieved by gradually increasing the area of every next floor. It is 774 m² on its 1st floor and 1,420 m² on its 30th floor, structural challenge skilfully turned into reality.

One common theme of elegance and futuristic sophistication is offered both in the building exterior and interior. A combination of stone, glass, dark mirrors, stainless steel and intellectual technologies is used in the offices design to create the modern working ambiance.
