In this case, your data may be processed by the company commissioned by us for the purpose specified by you. For further details, please also refer to the section "Commitment of employees and external service providers" and "Cooperation with external service providers".

Transfer of personal data to a third country

We have no intention of transmitting personal data outside the scope of the EU-DSGVO. Since we occasionally obtain web services from Google (e.g. we use "fonts.gstatic.com" for the graphic design of the typefaces), depending on the browser settings, IP addresses and/or so-called "referral links" or online identifiers may be passed on. The combination of these data not initiated by us does not exclude the possibility that personal data may arise and be processed outside the scope of the EU-DSGVO. You can prevent the passing on of this data in your browser. For more information, please refer to the section "Use of Google Maps".

Storage period

Personal data that has been communicated to us via our website is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. As far as storage periods under commercial and tax law have to be observed, the storage period for certain data can be up to ten years.

Purpose of data collection

The use of our site is usually possible without providing personal data. For the use of individual services on our site, different regulations may apply, which in this case will be explained separately below and will inform you in particular about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data. Nevertheless, it applies that we only process personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of a functioning website and our contents and services. Should personal data be collected, the purpose is the technical provision of our web presence, for information purposes and contractual purposes in the provision of services. Any use of your personal data is only for the purposes mentioned and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.

If you apply to us via the website, the purpose of data processing is the possible initiation of an employment relationship.

Legal basis of the data collection

Personal data may only be processed on the basis of a legal basis. If we process personal data within the framework of our web presence, then as a rule based on the protection of the legitimate interests of the person responsible in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f EU-DSGVO.

The safeguarding of the legitimate interests is a balancing of interests and includes both our interests as the company responsible for the processing and the interests of the users of our websites. We as a company would like to inform you about our company and its products and services. You as a user and possible customer, supplier, competitor, information seeker and/or applicant have an interest in obtaining information about us, our services and products in a technically accessible and convenient manner. Furthermore, we give our visitors the opportunity to contact us via the website. Accordingly, the processing is in the interest of both parties. At the same time, the processing of personal data is reduced to a minimum, so that we conclude that the protection of legitimate interests is the legally sufficient basis for processing.

Within the scope of the application procedure, we use the legal basis of the contract and the contract initiation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b EU-DSGVO), in particular § 26 BDSG-neu (data processing for purposes of the employment relationship). You will find more details in the section "Applications".

In addition, we also make use of the legal basis of consent within the application procedure (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU-DSGVO). This consent is voluntary and serves the purpose of personnel recruitment and the transfer of your data to an internal talent pool. You will find more details in the section "Applications". You are free to decide whether or not you wish to grant consent. There are no negative consequences if you do not give your consent. You can also revoke your consent at any time, either in whole or in part, for the future. The lawfulness of the processing based on the consent remains in force until revoked. This means that despite the revocation of the consent, the processing will not become unlawful in the past.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies, which serve to make our internet presence more user-friendly, more effective and safer - for example to speed up navigation on our website. In addition, cookies enable us to measure the frequency of page visits and the generic use of the web pages.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. We would like to point out that some of these cookies are transferred from our server to your computer system, whereby these are usually so-called "session cookies". "Session cookies" are characterized by the fact that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session. Other cookies remain on your computer system and enable us to recognize your computer system during your next visit (so-called permanent cookies). Of course, you can refuse cookies at any time, provided your browser allows this. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent.

The help function in the menu bar of most web browsers explains how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have your browser inform you when you receive a new cookie or how to deactivate all cookies received.

Of course, you can also delete cookies later. The procedure depends on your browser and operating system. We ask you to research the procedure for subsequent deletion for your system yourself.

  • Name of the retrieved file

However, we reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

This applies in the event that you are in principle an interesting candidate for us, but were not successful in the position for which you applied.

Use of Google Web Services and Google Maps

This website uses the component "Google Maps" for the display of maps, operated by the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google".

Each time the "Google Maps" component is called up, Google sets a cookie (this is a so-called "third-party cookie") in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. This cookie from the third party provider "Google" is usually not deleted when the browser is closed, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

If you do not agree with this processing of your data, there is the possibility to deactivate the service of "Google Maps" and thus prevent the transmission of data to Google. You have several options for this: You can install suitable browser extensions (such as uMatrix or Disconnect, as of 25.04.2018) and instruct them to prevent the transfer of data to Google. You can also disable the Java-Script function in your browser. We would like to point out, however, that in this case you will not be able to use "Google Maps" and possibly other parts of our website, or only to a limited extent.

The use of "Google Maps" and the information obtained via "Google Maps" is subject to the Google Terms of Use http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html and the additional terms and conditions for "Google Maps" https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

Like many other websites and service providers on the Internet, we use technical web services from Google. It can be assumed that Google collects and links the data that e.g. their cookies generate (such as online IDs and IP addresses). In combination with unique identifiers and other information received by Google servers, Google may also create profiles of users of this website and enhance existing profiles.

Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Analytics also uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our websites and online services. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website and online services is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored. We use Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()", so that the IP addresses transferred to Google are first shortened and processed on servers located in Europe in order to exclude any direct personal reference. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your visit to the website, compiling reports on website activity for us and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can also prevent the installation of cookies for Google Analytics by adjusting your browser software settings; we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all of our functions to their full extent. The collection and storage of data for Google Analytics can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by a browser plug-in from Google.

If you visit our site via a mobile device (e.g. smartphone or tablet), you can use this link to object to the use of Google Analytics in the future. By activating the link, we set a cookie in your browser, which signals us to prevent the use of Google Analytics for your device. Please note that the objection must be made again by you if you remove the cookies in your browser.

This includes in particular the transfer of your data to transport companies, credit companies or other service providers used to provide the service or contract processing.

Your personal data will not be passed on beyond this, in particular not sold to third parties.
