Following the client’s request to create an eye-catching design Kling architects used their creative force to generate a concept which would turn the building into a landmark after its implementation. Al Khobar Tower reflects the era and culture in which it was built by skillfully intertwining Arabic architectural traditions with contemporary style. GRP mashrabiya screen covering the full façade height presents a grand sight and serves its purpose to give extra shading to the building spaces.

Designed to satisfy the increasing demand for the high-end offices the building will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical and communications systems to create a comfortable working environment. Recreational facilities together with retail units will be accommodated in the ground and podium floors. A luxury restaurant is provided at the 27^th floor.
