Project details

The Executive Office at Dubai Health Care City is a strategic governmental building which houses offices of Dubai’s top authorities. Its design is uncompromisingly modern and very distinctive, possessing trademark character. The building consists of two wings interconnected with a fully glazed elongated 7-storey atrium crossed by a series of glass bridges. The TEO Headquarters is designed to reflect the Client’s vision of a perfect working space. Personalized interiors together with state-of-the-art fit-out systems create unique experience promoting productivity in a relaxed atmosphere.

Kling Consult took over the completed building as a shell and core construction and provided an outstanding interior design, as well as upgrading of existing M&E systems. Taking into account the tenants’ high profile Kling Consult professionals ensured that the building is equipped with the latest technologies and best possible facilities, including top notch security systems, energy and water saving equipment, luxurious gyms for male and female.

The TEO Headquarters building is intended to fulfill a leading role in representing the ethos of the Dubai Government and authorities to its citizens and visitors, confirming the executive office as a forward-thinking and innovative institution.
