Model Residential Development is an ambitious project designed to create a comfortable and affordable housing for a large number of tenants. 7 L-shaped buildings are placed on a single podium, the vast space of which is used for parking and commercial purposes. The podium top is richly covered with lush landscape, impressive water features with waterfall as the center part of it.
Following Client’s vision Kling professionals developed cost-efficient concept offering typical flat units for all 7 buildings featuring same design and structure on a modular system. Two buildings in the middle are interconnected with a floating bridge, which is comprised of same typical flats. The development design represents a mixture of cultures – modern Western and traditional Arabic.
